Hispanic Network Magazine has named Whirlpool Corporation to its “2015 Best of the Best” list. According to the magazine, Whirlpool Corporation is a leading company for Hispanic employees.
In their review of Whirlpool Corporation, Hispanic Network Magazine’s research confirmed that Whirlpool Corporation creates an environment of teamwork in which Latinos, Latinas, Hispanics, Native Americans and other minorities have access to all applicable business and career opportunities.
“Organizations that strive for diversity and incorporate it into their business practices are able to leverage the value that true diversity has to offer,” said Mona Lisa Faris, publisher and founder of Hispanic Network Magazine.
Each year, the “Best of the Best” list serves as a valuable resource for the publication’s readers, job seekers, business owners, students, senior management and consumers. Hispanic Network Magazine sends out approximately 900 surveys directly via email to chief diversity officers, human resource directors, talent & acquisition managers, supplier diversity directors, PR/advertising agencies and corporate affairs leaders within or on behalf of each organization. At the conclusion of the evaluations, the magazine announces and publishes its “Best of the Best” results.
The annual evaluations not only offer a reliable snapshot of top Hispanic employers, but also encourage outreach and diversity policies among corporations and government agencies.
